KBP Brands, owner of a KFC franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service at a busy location. You will uphold operational excellence and contribute to the iconic KFC experience, with a clear path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.

You will supervise staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and support guest satisfaction while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
