KBP Foods, a KFP Brands franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a dynamic team at our KFC location. You will drive customer service excellence, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the restaurant's success.

This role offers paid training, benefits, and clear pathways to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18+, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.
