Job summary

Arby’s Shift Manager position supports the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth shift operations. You’ll coach team members through performance and training initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll gain experience across restaurant operations, from customer service to cash handling, and help manage inventory and cost controls while meeting labor compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in foodservice; Serve Safe certification a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support the general manager and assist with daily operations.
• Ensure shift runs smoothly across service, food safety, and cost controls.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and comply with labor laws.
