Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Physical: Ability to lift 10–30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Schedule and supervise staff and cascade training.
• Control inventory and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
