Job summary

Pizza Ranch - Galesburg is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, uphold legendary service, and coach a motivated team. You’ll work hands-on in front- and back-of-house, open/close shifts, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

Leadership to guide a team and deliver service excellence.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Evening/weekend availability and flexible attitude.
Previous restaurant experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to work 30+ hours per week and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
Ensure guests have a legendary experience every time they visit.
Guide and support the team through a successful shift from start to finish.
Open and/or close the restaurant as needed and run shifts solo when required.
Reinforce daily procedures and drive operational consistency.
Assist with training, mentoring, and developing team members.
