Job summary

McDonald's dba Ison Family Restaurants is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations and support a high-energy crew in our Ohio location. You will organize crew schedules, ensure food safety, uphold brand standards, and motivate teammates to deliver energetic, friendly guest service.

You’ll coach staff, monitor performance, resolve issues quickly, and drive profitability while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Certified through McDonald’s Leadership Transitions Class or similar leadership program is a plus.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Oversee crew schedules and staffing.
• Inspire and empower: Provide leadership for crew and managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness meets McDonald’s standards.
• Take action on safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Foster training and continued learning within the restaurant.
• Drive high team performance and guest satisfaction.
