KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to help lead a team in a fast-paced Arby’s location. You will oversee shift operations, support Team Members, and keep dining room and kitchen moving smoothly to deliver great food and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help run successful shifts and support Team Members.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.
