Job summary

KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is looking for a driven Shift Manager to lead our Arby’s team and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll supervise staff, train teammates, manage shifts, and deliver outstanding guest service while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
