Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to uphold standards.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
