Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to provide quality customer service and prepare food following brand standards. This position is at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location, a leading franchise in the chain with extensive growth opportunities.

You will assist and learn management duties from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, developing leadership skills while ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer's visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
