McDonald's Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, coach crew, and uphold McDonald's standards of quality, service and cleanliness. You will oversee daily operations, ensure a productive team, and maintain safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Food safety responsibilities and oversight during shifts.
• Internal communication with team members and other managers.
• Inventory management and daily maintenance of the restaurant.
