Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule and the passion to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and ensure quality, speed and cleanliness for each shift.
• Maintain internal communication within the team and with the next Shift Manager.
• Monitor inventory and daily maintenance tasks.
• Lead and supervise crew, train and motivate staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and profitability targets.
• Schedule staff and manage labor during shifts.
• Foster exceptional customer service and quick, accurate service.
