Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in fast-paced service.

• Must be 18 years or older to manage in franchise operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and communicate with the next shift manager.
• Ensure food safety, inventory, cleanliness, and scheduling.
• Support training and coaching to uphold McDonald’s standards.
