McDonald's Kentucky is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service, and uphold quality and cleanliness standards. You will supervise crew and other managers, manage tasks, and help achieve department goals while delivering the famed McDonald’s experience.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, a flexible schedule, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
