Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise restaurant.
• Experience leading shifts and coordinating crew and other managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
