Job summary

McDonald’s Midvale restaurant in Utah is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll supervise crew and other managers, guide safety, quality, service, and cleanliness, and help the team meet targets while delivering friendly, efficient guest experiences. Previous leadership in food service is preferred; must be 18+, with a flexible schedule and a focus on teamwork in our franchisee-operated restaurant.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Able to lead shifts, plan and monitor performance.
• Must be 18 years or older to be manager in franchisee restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability.
• Meet targets for shifts and departments.
• Coordinate with next shift manager to hand off operations.
