Qualifications

• No prior restaurant management experience required.
• Able to lead a team and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the crew during your shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a great customer experience.
• Coach employees and provide feedback to help them succeed.
• Support new employee training and ongoing development.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and per McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Monitor food and restaurant safety procedures.
• Manage inventory and minimize waste.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and maintained.
• Communicate important information to the next shift and leadership.
• Help achieve sales, service, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs.
• Address customer and employee concerns professionally.
• Follow security and cash-handling procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve the restaurant and team.
• Step in wherever needed to ensure a successful shift.
