Job summary

McDonald’s, owned and operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service during each shift.

You’ll schedule, train, monitor food quality, safety, and profitability, and help your team meet daily targets. Previous leadership experience and a flexible schedule are preferred; must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
