Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited, a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations. You will supervise crew, plan shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You must be 18+, bring previous leadership experience in food service, and be capable of coaching staff, managing inventory, safety, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate‑owned restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets standards.
• Oversee safety, security, profitability, and communication between shifts.
• Manage scheduling, training, and department goals.
