Job summary

McDonald’s Franchisee in Newnan, GA is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily operations and teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure quality, service and cleanliness, manage inventory and training, and help drive sales while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchisee restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability.
• Meet targets and coordinate with departments to meet goals.
• Oversee Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, scheduling, training, and supervision.
