KBP Foods, a KFC franchise partner, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy restaurant team and ensure top-notch guest service during every shift.

You will train and develop teammates, monitor daily operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to the brand's legendary service while pursuing opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, operate restaurant equipment.
