KBP Foods, a KFC franchise partner, is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure fast, friendly service during busy shifts. You’ll uphold operational standards and contribute to a positive guest experience at our KGBC-branded location.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles within KBP Brands. Training and development programs are offered to support advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
