Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Norton, VA. You’ll lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the iconic Sonic experience for guests during your shift.

The role offers a clear path for advancement to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager, with paid training and benefits. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; you’ll lift and move items and operate restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Help deliver the Sonic experience guests love.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage during shifts.
