KBP Foods, a KBP Brands affiliate operating KFC franchises, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service at our busy Monroe, NC location.

You will uphold operational standards, train and coach staff, and contribute to the KBP legacy of great food and service. Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, being 18+, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
