Wendy's in Houston, TX is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a team and uphold our standards of service and food safety. You will guide daily operations, train staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have or obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to lead and develop a team.
• Flexible work availability and able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel to stores as needed.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and serve customers.
• Maintain a clean restaurant you’re proud to work in.
• Promote a 'Customer First' attitude with your team.
• Commit to food safety procedures and culture.
• Travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training.
