Job summary

Wendy's Katy, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to guide a team in delivering fast, friendly service and high‑quality food. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards and food safety, and work to grow with the restaurant. The role offers training, career progression, competitive pay and benefits.

Must have a HS diploma or GED; SERV Safe certification is preferred. 18+ and reliable transportation required to travel to nearby stores as needed.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and tasks.
• Flexible work availability.
• Lead, teach, and grow your team and promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety.
