Job summary

McDonald's is offering a Fast-Track Restaurant Leadership Program that prepares you for promotion to Shift Manager, with paid training and pathways to higher roles. You’ll develop leadership in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience across all restaurant operations.

During training you’ll master customer service, food safety, team leadership, scheduling, and operations. After certification you’ll lead shifts, coach crew, and drive service quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn every aspect of restaurant operations during paid training: customer service, food safety, team leadership, coaching and labor management.
• Support shift operations, scheduling, and execution to ensure smooth service.
• After certification, lead shifts, coach crew, deliver excellent customer experiences, and uphold quality and cleanliness standards.
• Help manage labor, inventory, and profitability goals while maintaining safety and compliance.

What You’ll Do

During your paid training, you'll learn every aspect of restaurant operations, including:
