Traditions Hospitality Group in Oklahoma is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily operations, ensuring exceptional service for guests and a positive team environment.

You will train staff, manage inventory, handle guest concerns, monitor sales and labor costs, and uphold company standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, busy venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
