You will lead your shift, motivate your team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and tolerate standing and walking for most of the shift
