Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and grounds maintenance
