As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift, ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food and a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing/walking for 80% of shift
