Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and upholding brand standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will take ownership of your shift by leading your team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and guiding others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, while working alongside them
• Able to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for 80% of shift time
