As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work alongside team members
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds
