In this role, you will support the Management Team in running shifts, meeting standards, and leading your team with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include ensuring team members complete duties, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and delivering quality food safely and timely. You will also help maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and tolerate standing and walking for 80% of shift
