KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a driven Shift Manager for our Arby’s location in Arizona. You will lead team members, ensure smooth operations, and uphold brand standards during fast-paced shifts.

We offer paid training, meals, benefits, PTO, and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager as you grow with us. Must be 18+, at least one year supervisory experience, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
