Job summary

Wendy's in Austin, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team at our 5760 Airport Blvd location. You will guide staff, model service, and promote a fun, customer‑focused environment while driving profits and high standards.

You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and coaching team members, ensuring food safety, and following brand procedures. A SERV Safe certification and a high school diploma or GED are required; must be 18+.

• Ensure food safety and proper procedures are followed.
