You will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager, train staff, and help manage inventory and scheduling.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, 18+ years age, and successful background check. English fluency may be essential at some stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Train and supervise staff, oversee daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage inventory, and handle customer issues.
