Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Shift Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Oversee tasks for each shift, monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability.
• Coordinate with the next Shift Manager to help run a great shift and meet departmental goals.
