Dairy Queen in Hattiesburg is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager will deliver quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while supporting and learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

The role requires leadership, reliable communication in English, and the ability to supervise and train staff, manage shifts, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and foods using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
