Dairy Queen in Kentucky is seeking a capable Shift Manager to ensure high-quality customer service and food preparation standards, working under the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, oversee safety and cleanliness, and help drive sales while delivering the friendly, fast service Dairy Queen is known for. Experience in food service supervision preferred; must pass background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following established standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
