• Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and community impact. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and motivate your team to create a positive and inviting customer experience by providing feedback and setting goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant following safety and food handling guidelines.
• Adapt to various situations to support your team's capabilities and knowledge in meeting customer needs.
• Remain calm and use your knowledge to resolve customer issues and employee concerns.
• Coach and give positive feedback to help your team develop professionally and personally.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance quality of life.
