Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and uphold brand standards. You will support management and learn under the Assistant Manager and General Manager while delivering friendly, efficient customer experiences.

The role requires 18+ age, prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, and the ability to pass a background check. English communication may be essential for certain stations within this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
