Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store.
• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed.
• Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints with tact and professionalism.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary.
• Cover shifts for absent employees.
