Qualifications

• One year of management experience.
• At least 18 years old and pass background screening.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments.
• Flexible schedule to open/close, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with using a POS, 10-key, Microsoft Office, and office machines/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash controls.
• Maintain customer relations and adhere to all policies 100% of the time.
• Staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining performance standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with quality controls.
• Process orders, assist with paperwork, and manage daily tasks.
