Qualifications

• Shift managers lead weekly, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to McDonald’s standards.
• Ability to train and develop crew; supervise inventory, safety, and quality controls.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds; capable of standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coordinate planning for each shift.
• Monitor performance and communicate handoffs to the next shift manager.
• Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Train and develop team members; scheduling and reporting outcomes.
