Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers on shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
• Help departments meet their targets during shifts.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and scheduling.
• Train team members and ensure quality food production.
• Foster exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Support a positive work environment and adherence to policies.
