Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Ensure food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage crew and provide training, coaching and direction.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.
