Job summary

HAZA Foods is seeking a Shift Manager at our Blaine, MN location to guide and lead a busy restaurant team. You will model strong service, help build a cohesive crew, and drive profitable operations while delivering a great guest experience.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure food safety, train staff, and support scheduling with a focus on quality, punctuality, and teamwork. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and willing to obtain SERV Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead restaurant team to deliver great service.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards.
• Support management in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
