Job summary

HAZA Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to guide the Wendy’s family with strong interpersonal skills, building a cohesive team that delivers superior service and profits. You will lead by example, promote proper procedures, and foster a customer-first culture in a fast-paced environment at our Deridder, Louisiana location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• SERV Safe certification by end of training preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift and operate restaurant equipment (headset, register, grill).
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and tasks.
