Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew and other managers during a shift to maintain McDonald’s standards in Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and help departments reach their goals.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, scheduling, training, and daily maintenance.
